Our Cancellation Policy
In the event of the Play being cancelled due to weather, please note the following:
Should the play be cancelled due to weather, ticketholders may contact Kelowna Tickets Box Office to exchange tickets for an alternate performance date or ticketholders may be refunded for the price of their tickets/tickets directly by Kelowna Tickets.
Please contact Kelowna Tickets Box Office directly. If you purchased your tickets at the Kelowna Tickets Box Office window, you will need to exchange/refund them in person at the box office window. If you purchased your tickets on the internet or by phone through Kelowna Tickets Box Office, then call 250-862-2867.
If you purchased your tickets at The Vibrant Vine Tasting Room, please visit the wine shop in person to exchange or refund your ticket (s).
